Our team
Our team of professionals meet each week with a view to growing our own businesses first and foremost. We are all there to drive revenue. But as we grow, we can also grow and support each other’s businesses. We do this by referring people who may be interested in each other’s services.
We’re not your usual professionals network – we like to have a laugh along the way and are known for our lively and jovial breakfasts!
Within the team, we each are given a role to play. It won’t detract from the business but keeps us all contributing to the smooth-running of the team as a whole. By meeting regularly with us, you will build relationships, a good reputation and trust. Although there is an application process and references are taken, we still appreciate that our professional reputations are at stake whenever we send through a referral. So we look to build trust, which does take time.
Then the idea is that as we give you business, you will want to give us business in return.
Also, we organise ourselves into power teams – different professionals and different companies but from the same industry and sharing similar clients. These power teams also meet regularly. This is to identify easy ways to share connections, which naturally creates more business for each other. It’s not surprising, then, that this is where you will find most of your business referrals come from – typically up to 67%.
